Hi all,
New guy in town - pokin' around to see what's going on. I'm currently starting to learn Wing Chun in West LA, and thoroughly enjoying it thus far.
I took up the class per recommendation of my previous Sifu as it was the most TCMA Kung Fu class close to work. I took up the class without doing much research on the style, and sitting in on one class. I am a bit surprised at the politics / popularity / variations of the style. It's rather fascinating...
No matter, it remains fun and interesting. It's going to take some time remembering the names of all the different strikes / exercises though. I'm sure that will come with time.
Anyhow - hoping to be active on the boards. See alla ya'll around.
Graf
