My favor breakfast

Pretty similar to my diet ...not a lot of calories either, so why am I still fat?
Two packets of chips is a large amount of sodium and probably a lot of fat, depending on the chips. Also dinner, and snacks. My breakfast/lunch/dinner are generally pretty good, but I have to be careful cause I'm a glutton for ice cream.

A boneless ham steak, a cup of Greek yogurt, and a piece of fruit. That's about 45 grams of protein with less than 500 calories.

True enough, and I only eat one of those little packets of chips. Last weekend I did grab a cold cut sandwich and a bag of chips down at the corner and did lose weight! But only because I got a mild case food poisoning. And yeah, it wasn't real weight loss....

...mostly just fluids. I won't elaborate. :vomit:💩

I'm so glad you included this picture. When I first read your post I thought your faorite breakfast was this:

Jujubes, mmmm.

Eleven year old kids. Going to a double feature that includes an intermission, newsreels, coming attractions, a cartoon, a Stooges clip, and a chance to buy some chocolate, maybe more popcorn, but probably some Jujubes. Yum.

You have to. Because you need something other than pop corn and chocolate. Something that tastes kind of fruity, is so small you have to put six of them in your mouth at a time and is not completely chewable.

On a cold day they’ll rip out a kid’s fillings like the IRS going after Capone.

I can’t face eating first thing in the morning and have to wait until about 11am before I have a 13 course Chinese banquet washed down with three bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a cigar.

PowerUp trail mix and a banana is a staple for my breakfast. But I alternate with a bagel and egg as well.
If I have to go on the road first thing, I usually get steak and eggs.
And trust me, you want me to have my coffee.

Eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash, toast, coffee. That's one of my favorite breakfasts. Obviously, I don't eat it that often but we New Englanders aren't the healthiest people either. I try too usually have smaller breakfasts, yogurt, cucumbers and maybe a muffin or bagel. I just love a big heavy morning meal though :hungry:

I mean, I have porridge and beef jerky but what I actually want is:
Four slices of black pudding
four rashers of chewy bacon
3 eggs
a kidney
hash browns
fried bread
plum tomatoes...

Black pudding; I have never heard of it. What is it?

I like leftover rice in a fry pan with a little water, crack an egg over it, cover and poach. Sprinkle furi-kake rice seasoning (sesame seeds, seaweed and shaved dried fish) with a glass of OJ.

After gym - blueberry pancakes, bacon and fried egg or biscuits and gravy, scrambled egg and sausage.

For lighter fare before workout, cereal with fruit or cottage cheese and pineapple and toast.

NO organs!

My favorite breakfast has always been Italian food that’s usually served for dinner.

In England, the word for animal organs (as food) is ‘offal’. I think that says it all 🤢

Same as it is here. And you’re one hundred percent right, it does say it all.
