I am looking to get a custom made mouthguard. Any recommendations? Im in the UK. Thanks.

I'd see your dentist for a good custom made one. They are worth every penny!

Im in australia so obviously cant recommend anyone but definetly go with the custom dentist one. Get the cheap one and you'll get what you pay for.

Go to the dentist, cost you about £30 but worth it. You'll get a choice of colours too lol!

The dentist I went to when I lived in Chicago charged $150.00 for mine. In Los Angeles, my dentist charged me $75.00. He told me, "I got sick of parents telling me, 'I'll just go to Wal-Mart & get one for (their kid) for $2.00. I had to lower my price. It's worth it if I can actually protect more teeth!"

Then again, you could always go with these folks:

Just a note -- but the mouthpiece is only partly to protect the teeth. It's also an important tool to protect against concussions.
