Monster drink suing someone who already had the name

Rock Art Brewery is trying to get the word out to fight Monster with dollars. I don't drink Monster crap drinks but if you do, please watch.

It looks like somebody else has woke up to the fact that our country is controlled by the elite and money; not the people....rude awakening.

I let them know that Rock Star is the same price and sits right next to their cans on the shelf at the convenience store I stop at every morning and it tastes just as good as their product. The only difference is that I'm not aware of Rock Star harassing any small businesses.

Personally I find the fact that Monster Energy drink did this to be a litte wrong, and the fact that they can Purcahse the results they want by forcing the smaller business to go under with court costs is reprehensible. I agree with the brewery when they say its not supposed to say "And Justice for all With the Deepest Pockets"

/sigh this was probably one of my favorite energy drinks. I will boycott. What their doing is really being a bully to a company that had very little competition with them. Now I'm at a loss :uhohh: I boycotted Red Bull for being overpriced, and now I'm about to boycott my only other favorite energy drink.

Monster Cable is a real PITA company. I'd never use one of their cables.

However, I do really like Monster the drink, but I won't buy it again and I'll tell them so. I actually buy it by the case at Costco.
