I don't know if this should go here or not,
but i go back and forth to kenpo talk and MT, and it seems that it's a lot better here than there,(not that i don't like kenpo talk) but i get more out of comming here .

kenpotalk.com and kenponet.com are both really good sites, however, there is much more traffic here than on those two sites. Therefore, you have more people giving input and people giving feedback based on those.
