Licenced Massage Therapist, Martial Artist

So starting this past January I have started going to school for Massage Therapy.

I am really enjoying the classes, and am seeing the paralisims(sp?) to my Martial Arts. Being founded in Ryukyu Kempo, I already know a lot of the pressure point techniques, now its just applying them to the massage, and using them all in another way.

I have also noticed a change in the way I do my striking in MA class, I tend to sink better into the points and get the angles a lot better as well.

Over all the reason for this post is to tell you guys and gals about the experince I have had in going to school and how much of an enrishing experince it has been for me, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similer experince?

You've explained exactly what I hope to experience when I go to school for Acupuncture. I'm glad this has happened to someone else!

Where do you plan to study?

I would love to catch a seminar or something to that extent on Accupuncture.


Me being in Louisville, Kentucky, I don't think that there are many schools near by for me to try it out.
