On 15 November from 0900 - 1400, there will be a "McThrowdown" held at the Lakewood Martial Arts school in Lakewood Town Center, Lakewood, WA.

It came about from a bunch of folks over at www.bullshido.com deciding to get together for a little cooperative training.
