Dojo-cho Shawn Potter of the Jinenkan Chiba Dojo will be having a 2 day workshop in Lubbock, Texas sponsored by the Lubbock Kobudo Dojo.
This Workshop will focus on the aspects of the Kukishinden Ryu Rokushaku-bojutsu Sabaki Gatas. This section of the bojutsu katas will be covered in it's entirety.
Everyone attending is asked to bring rokushaku-bo and bokken. This 2 day event is expected to be a great workshop.
Shawn Potter has been active in martial arts for more than 15 years. He was one of the few students living and training with Manaka Unsui Sensei (founder & head of Jissen Kobudo Jinenkan) in Japan just after the Jinenkan was founded. He continues to live and train in Japan under Manaka Unsui Sensei. Shawn is currently Dojo Cho of the Jinenkan Chiba Dojo in Chiba Province, Japan.
