Last week, we had a Tracy practitioner, Milt Guinette visit our school.

Anyone here know him? He came and worked out with us, taught us some stick stuff, and generally just gave everyone a hard time.

I thought it was a ton of fun.

I was noticing too that it seems the stances for Tracy Kenpoists seem different than EPAK. Anyone know why that would be? I can't put my finger on it.

Anyone know Milt who wants to admit it?

Seriously though, he was a lot of fun and a really great teacher, so if you're ever up in Oregon, look up his school and visit. He's good people.
