I was watching a clip on youtube of Mr. Parker doing a seminar. In one of the segments he said to contour your own body with your elbow when you are striking a palm heel. I can definitely see and feel great structural benefits to this method of delivery.

Are there any other techniques in which it would be beneficial to contour your own body?
