Ok Your are in a ready stance, feet just out side of your shoulders. hands are in the center of your body just below your belly button. as you breath in and your hands rise up in a circle motion towards your head ( hands out straight) say your head is 12 oclock your shoulders are 3 and 9.
as you breath in you should feel your body rise. once your hands are above your head. you breath out and press your palms down as your body sinks and your legs root them selfs your hands stop at shoulder hight. level with each other but straight out the side of your body. as you breath in again your body rises up and just your palms rotate up and then you breath out and press your hands to the center of your body
keeping your arms just bent at the elbows as you root again threw your legs, your body sinks again. once there breath in again as your hands rise up just about 6 inches over your head as your body rises. you then breath out and feel your body sink and root again as you press your hands down to just below your belly button... and do again, again, etc.
NOW as you do the beginning this shows you the roundness of the tree. as you press down this is the triangle of the pine. as you rotate your palms this shows you the braches of the pine tree. as you cut threw this shows you the bottom of the pine. as you go up the center this shows you the truck of the tree and as you go down again this shows the roots and power of the tree.
