I was going through the Parker vs. Tracy technique comparision sticky and I can not find the technique listed as "bending reeds" in the Tracys techniques. It lists it's comparision in the EPAK system as "Defying the Storm" which is a defense a club attack. Does anyone know what the name of the Tracy technique might be, or what belt level Bending Reeds is at?
