Well. I just got my orders. After I do BOLC II in FT Benning, Georgia and freeze my tucchus off at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri for BOLC III (Engineer Officer Basic School) I report to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment at Fort Irwin, California.
I made the comment in the BJJ forum that I've already come up with a way to train for BJJ. Train in MACP during the week with members of my unit or other base combatives instructors and train at a Gracie Barra academy in Chino Hills and San Diego (I've got family in both areas and will visit them on weekends) on weekends during my visits.
I intend to supplement my BJJ training with Krav Maga as well and usually by attending seminars. About how often do they go through SoCal and which ones would be best recommended?
