Ah, okay. Pictures a bit clearer now.

So you're looking specifically into their 3-day intensive course because there aren't any like that in your country, and you want to know if that specifically is worth it before you fly/drive down for a weekend to take part? Or are you looking to go down for the week-long instructor course as a beginner in Krav Maga, and are asking about that?

Only 1 or 2 day course some time every year. Because many is not interesting because they are for example only for women, only against knife and pistol etc etc


I want longer course thats why I want instructour course otherwise I would prefer intensive course 6 days

Can't comment on if it's good, but found this via the krav maga academy. Seems like they hold events similar to intensive courses fairly often, but here's a 5 day camp in Oslo next month.
