They're super easy to defend against. Just get your weight off that leg, basically.Wow! Kicks to knee didnt seem to slow eith of them down. Thanks.
Either that or learn timing and time your opponent as he plants his foot and then kick. Either way works very well. Both ways take a lot of practice.If you use
- one hand to pull your opponent's leading arm,
- another hand to punch on his face,
at the same time. you stomp on his knee; you will have better chance to make your knee attack work.
