Kickboxing 5 months

We have guys at our gym who are walking around with 6 packs.

One of them is 40.

They put the effort in. But it is doable.
While it was never a specific goal of mine, I had a pretty good 6-pack in my late teens and through my mid 20's, but I never had a lot of body fat to deal with. Football, wrestling, farming, and then essentially right in TKD competition kept me fit. I think it is just easier for some people.
