EPAK. I wasatching a video clip of Larry Tatum as he was demonstrating part of a "Striking Set."

I don't think we have anything like that on our tapes.

Tracy's doesn't use many of the stand alone sets that EPAK uses, but there is some nifty wisdom in them.

Larry Tatum has a video out that includes the blocking sets 1-2, striking sets 1-2, finger sets 1-2, and coordination sets 1-2. Excellent video by the way.
