Jockstrap recommendations

Hi all, I've recently begun MMA classes and the instructor recommended that we wear jockstraps with cups for protection. Does anyone have suggestions based on experience?

Compression shorts rather than a jock strap.

Due to my unique and magnificent anatomy, I have to use an upturned wheelbarrow for my cup and a custom strap to keep it in place.

You could ask the guys at your school, or ask a salesman in a sporting goods store.

Or just wing and get one. If you don’t like that one, get a different one.

But definitely get one.
