Japanese Suntetsu

I've seen this weapon around the internet a fair bit but I can't find much solid informaton on it. I was wondering if anyone has done some training with the Suntetsu or knows a fair bit about it and if so could you please talk about it's techniques, styles it's used in, points of attack, etc...
