The second Invictus Games are being hosted by the USA this month. I hope everyone will support their teams and all the competitors as the bravest people I know of compete in sport. I've watched some of the British team training near to me and it really is a breath takingly, gob smacking experience as well as a very humbling one. Please support your teams in any way you can...and spread the word!
