Internal Arts study group in Seattle

This is a study group for the Chinese internal martial arts (Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Xingyiquan). We focus on foundational skills from these arts and applications from those skills. The group is open to anyone who is interested. I have nearly a decade of experience in these arts and provide the basic structure, drills, etc. for the group, but the intention is to study together, so those with experience will be afforded the opportunity to share their ideas and skills. We'd love to have you. The group meets Sundays from 1-3pm. Please let me know if you're interested in joining us.
