Meet Sarah "Paddy" Jones. Originally from the UK, she and her husband David decided to retire in the warm breezes of Valencia, Spain.
When David passed away, Paddy decided to keep busy by taking up dance classes at a local salsa school run by a fellow named Nicko. After studying traditional salsa for a couple of years, Nicko approached Paddy and asked her what she weighed. She thought it was an odd question, but she answered him. Nicko then proceeded to teach Paddy Salsa Acrobática, the style of salsa where, in Paddy's words, "Your feet come off the floor, and you get thrown!"
Five years later in 2009, "Paddy y Nicko" enter Tú sí que vales [You're really worth it], a Spanish talent show roughly equivalent to America's/Brittain's Got Talent. They won.
What could you do if no one told you it was impossible?
