this morning when i woke up my damn neck was hurting. Hasn't hurt in a few months, but now after talking about it, it seems I reminded it that it was injured and now it is hurting like hell.

Well I do have a couple of bulging discs in my neck that flare up from time to time, Im not sure what caused the pinched nerve this time though...this is just on top of all my other problems too

If you must know...here is a rundown of all or most of my issues...

Osteoarthritis (Knees)
Rheumatoid arthritis (hands and hips)
nearly daily low migraine headaches that will over time require me to go on Imatrix
plantar fascitis (had surgery for it)
Mortons Neuroma (had 2 surgeries for this...recovering from 2nd right now)
spinal stenosis
asthma
horrible year round seasonal and environmental allergies
allergic to about 85% of all antibiotics

These are just the major issues I deal with on a daily basis

Wish I could say I passed it on to you.......but Id be lying! I cant wait to see my awesome and VERY good looking chiropractor tomorrow...he has such wonderful hands!! LOL He makes my neck and back..."hurt SO good" LOL!!

Thank you very much...I got some very good youthful genes from my grandmother on my fathers side, she has stayed very young looking up until she turned about 70-75yrs old!! I hope Im so lucky!

Same age a smy wife and she has alot of the same things and she is still competing and winning, so you and her can hook up and talk about those good old days that are ahead of both of you.

You are very strong to go through all that. Doncha just hate it when our bodies don't do what we want them to?

I don't have any sage advice for dealing with a pinched nerve or the other issues...my only suggestion is to stay as active as your issues allow, even if it means taking up another activity such as swimming.

Not feeling too bad today..neck is still sore, had it adjusted again today and dr says no exercise til monday So I am going to take it easy this weekend.

Saw my Doctor for my quarterly exam as required by the retirement board and was told that I have arthritist in my left knee..He gave me a rub on cream that has been getting great results ( his words) if that fails its time for the needles..
