how to increase the height of back kick?

i have a hard time getting them up there high..

Stretch and practice. There is no magic, just stretch and practice. Don't tear anything, but keep at it. Joon Rhee used to constantly say something to the effect of "... always move to your maximum, always search for a new maximum." It works.
 
Dynamic leg swings in all direction, front, back, and sides, with both legs. Do them morning and night 3 sets of 12 - 15 with both legs.

If you don't know what Dynamic leg swings are just do a google search on the term but you should know, I bet you do them but just not enough.
