Hi, I'm Daniel. From Phoenix, AZ. I have been lurking here for a couple months now.
Y'all seem like a good bunch! I trained in Krav Maga for a couple years and now I've been bitten by the Systema bug. I'm also trying to acquaint myself with grappling, submissions, throws etc, but due to money constraints it isn't going too well. I got beaten the other day trying to grapple with a 120lb girl who competes in BJJ. Go figure, lol. I guess I'll be able to learn plenty if I'm lucky enough to get to take part in the Army Combatives Program (I'm waiting on a waiver for my eyes :-/ ) I'm glad I'll be able to talk to people about this stuff - it's hard to find anyone who understands why I like getting beaten on so much, haha.
