I split my time between Boston and Hawaii.
Been training the Arts for forty odd years. (and I do mean ODD!) Retired federal DT instructor. Competed for 25 years. So basically, I've been beat up all my life.
American Martial Arts has been my primary focus. Have a decade or so of this and that as well.
