Hi to all the martial artist in this site. i am glad to see that there is a forum for the art that we love.
Now a little something about my self. I started Tae Kwon Do 1985, got my black belt in '89. did a lot of competition and teaching. i learned a lot by studying the art not just self-defense but other necessary things in life (Self-control, discipline, and many many more). i stopped practicing when i migrated to the US in 2000, but after so many years i am back to my roots again and thank goodness i can still do it. now its not just me, i have my daughter who is 9 now that trains with me and goes to tournaments and me acting as her coach.. nothing beats that feeling. passing the knowledge that i have to my daughter.
i wish everyone to stay active and be safe... love the art that we practice, does not matter what kind of martial arts you are practicing it all has the same principle. love one another.
Thanks
