Hi everyone I’m Leo. I won't say where I live but it's California. i used to do some wrestling back in the day, like a lifetime ago. and i'm curious to see what kind of moves and techniques people are practicing nowadays. i studied some Aikido andi'm thinking i might want to get back into it once i'm not so laid up with limited mobility. so tell me, what are your favorite martial arts styles? any tips for an old timer like me looking to get back into the Randori Game?
