No, I use the ones I learned also, I was looking for some new thing to work on with my BB's.

Hey did you learn 3-step sparring? I did along time ago, but we stopped doing it and I really dont remember any of them.

No... Just the one steps. I saw some 2 & 3 steps in the ITF book, look good.

we were always WTF but thats not to say they didnt come from ITF. Seems like so long ago. late 80's when i first started. I remember learning a couple sets.... but cant remember what they were.
