A detective working for a tabloid rag was nabbed with phone numbers of family members of fallen soldiers.

Oh it's a lot worse than this, the phones of murder victims were hacked and txt messages deleted to make way for more leading the family and police to believe the young girl was still alive. The phones of two families of young murdered girls were hacked as well. It started a while ago with celebs complaing that their phones were hacked as well as politicians, no one was bothered very much when Hugh Grant for example complained about his phone being hacked but it's just been getting worse and worse, it seems that there is no depths this newspaper >spits< will decend to in its search for stories.However the biggest story in the UK today is this.

Yes, I got that part from the first article.
And yet, I am astounded. I think I am too much of a straight shooter to see any reason or value in hacking victim's accounts.
it's sick, in a criminal way and seems to have no greater purpose.

(but the tap dancing around the issue is about on par in disgusting.)
