Could I please, please ask if you could help donate to any charity that is helping the people of Nepal after the devastating earthquake at the weekend. They really do need your help so many have lost everything.

Citing government figures, an estimated 8 million people have been affected by the quake in 39 of Nepal's districts, and more than 1.4 million need food assistance, including 750,000 who live near the quake's epicenter in poor quality housing.

RAF loading planes with aid, flew out today. The Israelis sent two planes with aid, medical staff and search and rescue specialists two days ago. Turkish search teams there too. The Gurkha Engineer Regiment is on it's way as well.
