GSP Rushfit?

Has anyone on here ever tried the Rushfit exercise program? I've been reading some pretty positive reviews about it and I'm thinking of purchasing the DVD set. Looking for something different to spice up the workout routine.

It's only beneficial if you don't have a good base level of fitness. It's geared more toward the fanboys who they know will do it for a week and then drop it.

My instructor had good luck with both P90X and Insanity. I tried the P90X abs DVD, and it just about killed me. Again, start with a good base fitness level.
