Hi everyone. I was searching for some information on Pan QuinFu, basically,
I was looking to see if there were copies of "Iron and Silk" available on the
net. Found some on ebay and found a thread to this website posted back in
2003, inquiring weather anyone had any info on Pan QuinFu.
So I checked out the site and checked in. Always fun to get updates
on the world of Martial Arts. Some of the guys I work with were interested
in seeing Iron and Silk because I was telling them a little about Master Pan,
and the guys history. In my opinion, one of the best martial artists to have
ever walked the planet.
My background is Zen Meditation, Hung Gar, Tai Chi and the usual
stuff you bump into navigating through life.

Yes, Iron and Silk is an amazing movie. I think that movie is a rare
opportunity to watch how someone at Master Pan's level, moves.
I met Master Pan at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Canada way back
in 1997, I had a few problems I needed sorted out and he helped me
considerably in a very short time. Up close he is an amazing person.
Very few people could ever hope to function at that level. One of the
things I realized about teaching Martial Arts; especially in situations
where you are open to the public, good to know your stuff.
Anyway, I only had the one opportunity and I was never really able
to express my thanks to him.
So I do express my thanks in this open forum to a man who dedicates
his life to something as important as the martial arts. As he says in the
movie, "Wushu is everything"

Greetings and Welcome to MT....
