Glad that I finally found my way here. So many interesting discussions. There is little that I love more than exchanging myself about the martial arts. Of course, one of those few things is practising them...
I have been in the martial arts since over 30 years. My background includes Kyokushinkai, Shotokan, Aikido, Kenpo and Taiji. I look forward to expanding my knowledge here as well as to helping others with their questions.
