So it was my first one for a few weeks as I took a couple off but tonight we started by warming up 5 minutes skipping, then stretching, then partner work exercises then we did a few rounds shadow boxing focusing on the jab, then we partnered up and threw jab combinations on the pads then had cross. We then did jabs to the chest alternate then hooks to the persons guard then a round of body shot sparring. Then moved onto the Thai pads and worked kicks and knees. We then finished up with 20 press ups, 40 sit ups and 60 squats.
It was a lot of fun and very happy that I kept up with and even out worked some of the younger guys.
