The Good News:

As I type this, we're winding down day one of our Black Belt Test for this quarter. I have four juniors (ages 10 - 14), one senior Shodan and one senior Sandan testing.

The Great News:

They're doing very well. The kids are especially making me proud. They're skilled martial artists, kindhearted souls and simply good kids.

The Outstanding News:

I just poked my head into where they're bunking in for the night. They were listening to Crazy Train. The orignal track off Blizzard of Ozz.

God is in his heaven and all is right with the world.

Sounds like things are going well. Let us know what happens and if I may add a little motivational music suggestion Metallica's Master of Puppets always has a spot in my heart!

Actually, if I really sit and think about this it is scary we are talking about Ozzy here :uhyeah: but I would have to agree…

Congratulations, sound like all IS right with the world.

Crazy, but that's how it goes
Millions of people living as foes
Maybe it's not too late
To learn how to love, and forget how to hate

Now that I think about it maybe today was meant for the martial arts. I had a great class with my private student!

I AM in the general section. For a second I thought I was in the kempo forum. Still great advice for us all here in MT. Bushido, sounds like it is all good. Let us know how it went.

That is very cool. The result of hard work on their part, & yours.:)

Congrats, and make sure that you steer them farther in the right direction, say to Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, or Motorhead...
