Congratulations! As a result of some very enthusiastic reviews from GarageBand.com members, "Gates Of Heaven" will be Track of the Day at GarageBand.com.
For 24 hours on Thursday, the 18th of January, 2007 (PST) "Gates Of Heaven" will be featured on GarageBand.com's Jazz front page. The address for this page will be:

Just some notes on the production. Other than the looped drums and some background keyboard parts, all the parts are played on a bass guitar. I play a six-string electric bass (Fernandes APB-6 with Aguilar OBP3 pre-amp and DR Hi-Beam strings). The song was recorded on my MacPro using my six string bass, a StealthPro 1/4"-USB converter cable, and garageband software from Apple (no relationship to the website)
