I won more than a few bets planking over the years. But now my right shoulder need replacing and my elbow is badly damaged, so planking is painful.

Do you time your planks? If so, what is your longest?

Once, sensei forced one poor student to hold a plank for the whole time we were doing our 'warmup'. I do wish karate teachers would understand what is meant by the term 'warm up'....
