Which "famous" systems contain panantukan?

Hello all, I'm new in the forum. I don't practice any FMA (still I wish to), so I don't know much about these systems. My question is, which "famous" systems of kali/eskrima contain panantukan? I mean, as a formal teaching, and as a "must" that the students learn panantukan.
I know that the two most famous systems of eskrima are Doce Pares and Pekiti Tirsia. Does any of these two teach panantukan?
