I haven't gotten around to writing a Year End Wrap-Up broadcast for IPMAF yet, but this news should come out now for Shelley's circle of friends: GM Shelley was recently (within the past month) promoted by GGM Ernesto Presas from Grandmaster, Lakan 8 to Grandmaster, Lakan 9. Congratulations, Shelley! You certainly deserve it! I think I'll go post this on Facebook and My FMA Net.
