Here are the questions:
1. How many hours do you spend a week actually training your system vs. how many hours you sit on your **** reading forums like this? This is not intended as an insult on anyone. Just be honest with yourself. Sure, it makes sense to read and learn as much as you can. However, I don't think knowing terminology from 15 different styles is going to save you.
2. What other forms of physical training are you doing besides FMA or other martial arts? How many hours per week? Do you feel you need to increase your speed, cardio/stamina, strength? If so, what are you doing about it? Could you outrun an assailant? Could you lift yourself over a wall if you needed to do so? Could you jump a span? I know every individual in our group is conscious of this and can do hundreds of push ups, pull ups, and run miles. Tuhon speaks volumes of the importance of physical fitness (We Believe in Good Health, not Sickness).
3. List interesting/unique physical training experiences you have had with GT Gaje. (E.g., wrestling carabou, swimming doble pakal in the ocean, jungle trekking, dumog pit, sprinting on the sand, etc.)
