The new breed of Pekiti-Tirsia -the Manila Pitbulls under the leadership of Mandala Rommel Tortal besides his duty as Resident Instructor of the 10,000 marines and 200 Force Recon Marines based at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City Metro Manila, the three times a week training of the Manila Pitbulls brought an increasing number every month that even the Filipinos living in Australia has to come to Manila to train on a regular basis just to take advantage of the training cresendo that increases the capabilites of the Manila Pitbulls ready to compete in the World Full contact competition in 2008 sponsored by a private organization not related to the FMA.
This initiative by the Manila Pitbulls was seen how Kit and Buddy Acenas had dramatically developed themselves as brothers and the PTK Pitbulls Dj Lobrado a full contact one arm fighter, Mars, Jake,Rich,and other standby fighters are now in the state of close brotherhood dedicated to fight for a cause. But the Big brother Jay Bataclan takes the word of the Philippine Hero Dr. Jose Rizal, Adios Patria Adorada , when his Balisong expertise runs into the your blood stream it is about time you say Good Bye-Adios.
It is the spirit that builds the enthusiasm to encourage each one to train because they know that they have coming battle to face and they must win at all cost. The great expectation to fight in the arena of combat is running in every vein of the PTK Pitbulls, a challenge that can change each one way of life. It builds up confidence, smartness of action and the ambition to win in all aspects of endeavor. Fighting or developing an ability to fight brings the bandship of brotherhood so powerful that cannot be trampled or destroyed, it will stand as the rock of Gilbralta.
Pekiti-Tirsia Bands of Brother is far stronger than a fraternity or sorority. It is a binding element that is found among the Katipuneros that fought during the Philippine Revolution that caused the defeat of Spain by forcing the issue in selling the filipinos to the Americans in the treaty of Paris of 1898.
