MA-Caver, this is a BOT system where it pulls relevant information from other forums. In this case, Arnisador posted the same article over at FMATalk, a sister forum of MartialTalk. The BOT (pseudoname Clark Kent) brought a copy of the thread to MartialTalk. It doesn't know that this topic is already being discussed here. I don't think the BOT program is set up to screen for similiarities.
