if so what types of workouts do you do in the wee hours of the AM before u get the kiddies off to school, or head out to work?

Is it a long workout? Or just a quick 30min to 40min workout?

As for me, I get up everymorning usually around 6am, get the lil'n up and get his head rollin before school and before I go to work and we do a light 20 to 30min upper body workout, just simple stuff for him and I like shoulder builders, ab workout, push-ups some light weight-dumbell drills...its usually pretty good, but I need to push the boy a little more, im ready to start a light jog in the am. hours.. But i can't get him to want to run..

What'cha-all do for a light workout?

I save my serious hard-core workout for me in the eve' after work and when were all settled down for the night etc..
