I'm curious to see if any of you have any good videos illustrating empty hand sparring in FMA. I know many of you are doing it but I am curious to see how. I'm particularly looking for videos which do a good job of showing the concepts of FMA footwork, guintings, etc. being used in a full or hard contact setting.
