Greetings all.
I am making a 10-15 min long introductional video of Doce Pares, as part of a project called 'martial arts in Norway'.
I have made some test shots and put up a little teaser at
http://www.r-video.no/Files/Doce_pares_teaser.wmv
This is just a rough cut with not much postproduction done.
Danny, the chief instructor is a very nice and knowlegdable man, but I would also like to get other FMA practisioners input.
What would best represent Eskrima/Doce pares ?
The general idea is:
-Interviews with history of FMA
-Clips from students training (As seen on the file above)
-Demostration of tecniques, flow, and similarities with empty hand, single, doublestick and improvised weapons
-Self defence scenario
-Knife, sword, empty hand and stick drills
-Forms
Any input of what to do, special scenarios that looks cool or other to make this a good promotion for FMA are very welcome.
I myself practice Kung Fu, so my knowlengde to FMA is purely based on research
