When you do
- outside crescent kick,
- inside crescent kick,
- over head leg swing,
- backward leg lift,
you can feel young and happy. There are some MA drills that can bring you so much joy that other exercise may not be able to give you. If you can still do these drills when you are 80, you should have good health.
