Elvis

First, Elvis was an entertainer that took some martial arts.....
On Elvisā€™s left is Sandy Gimpel, one of Elvisā€™s backup singers on tours and who appeared in fifteen of his films. Sheā€™s an old martial arts training partner of mine, a stunt woman in Hollywood for over fifty years and her and I write together still to this day.

My wife and I had dinner with her in September, she was on an ā€œElvis cruiseā€ with other people who were in Elvisā€™s life. The cruise ship stopped here, we had a lot of fun.

I was also friends with Ed Parker, who was a really nice man, he will forever be missed. We had a lot of long conversations about everything, including Elvis.

You donā€™t know what you think you know. Not uncommon, it happens to a lot of us.

You might want to loosen the thong, might be cutting off blood circulation to the upper body.
Now..... @Buka .... it there anyone you DON'T know :D

I would have loved to have met Chuck Norris.
Everyone Iā€™ve ever met that met Chuck Norris all said the same thing. Classiest martial artist they ever met.

My training partner, Gary, was in Madison Square Garden for some championship boxing matches. During the prelims he went to the rest room. Coming back, Chuck was walking by. Gary said, ā€œMister Norris, I just want to say I enjoy watching you work.ā€

Gary planned on saying no more. They ended up talking for a half hour. They talked boxing, Martial Arts, training and movies until the prelims were over.

I sure would have liked meeting him.

I met him twice, once at his Four Seasons tournament and once at a planning meeting aboard the Queen Mary prior to the '73 or '74 International's. He came across to me as a nice modest guy with a ready smile - Never heard a negative word against him. Just the kind of guy the studio would want to play a Texas Ranger.

Well you're both still kicking around so maybe you will. Lol your post sounds so final I almost googled to make sure Norris is still alive. But the aliens are still waiting to invade, so guessing the reaper still hasn't worked up the guts.
