Dont need an instructor

Unfortunately he is well known and has been discussed here on this site a number of times.... Truthfully he either went to seed or never had much to start with but a lot of money and connections.

Well stated, but what if your teacher has died or in some other way become unavailable? With most of us, that is an eventuality, as most of us are younger and in some cases, substantially younger, than our teachers.

If your instructor dies, you have a couple of options, depending on your rank and status. If you have gotten high enough, you could conceivably train on your own. Downside is that you probably won't test. You could train under another instructor in your organization. Finally, I could contact the Kukkiwon, let them know the situation, and have them recommend someone.
