Does anyone no anything about Pan Nam Wing Chun?

my sigung teaches it. I know that Eddie Chong also teaches it. I dont know too much about it but i do know that it has alot of eagle claw type moves. It is also pretty heavy on the chin na. There is no chi sau in the system. I guess they do a form of it but it looks more like push hands than what most wing chunners would call chi sau.

I dont think i would like that too much. Chi sau is my favorite part.
